Bank Accounts, Signing Authority, Powers of Attorney. Except as set forth on the Disclosure Schedule, Seller does not have an account or safe deposit box in any bank and no person or entity has any power, whether singly or jointly, to sign any checks on behalf of Seller, to withdraw any money or other property from any bank, brokerage or other account of Seller, or to act pursuant to any power of attorney granted by Seller at any time for any purpose.
