Common use of Bank and Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Bank and Other Agreements. You agree to be bound by this Addendum and to comply with all other agreements, rules, regulations, policies and practices applicable to your Online Account, your Accounts, products and services, including, but not limited to, your separate agreements, if any, with Fiserv, Inc. (“Fiserv”), Cash Edge or any of their processing agents. The terms, conditions and privacy policies pertaining to the services of Fiserv, Cash Edge and their processing agents, as applicable, shall govern (A) your use of the particular Services, and (B) when visiting their websites and/or servers.
