Common use of Bank basis Clause in Contracts

Bank basis. Interest, commitment fee and any other payments hereunder or under the commitment letter referred to in Clause 14.2 or any other fee letter of an annual nature shall accrue from day to day and be computed on the basis of a year of three hundred and sixty (360) days and for the actual number of days elapsed.
