Bank Booking Vehicles. Each Bank may, at its option, make any Advance available to the Borrower by causing any foreign or domestic branch or Affiliate of such Bank to make such Advance; provided, however, that (i) any exercise of such option shall not affect the obligation of the Borrower or any Bank in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and (ii) nothing in this Section 2.02(h) shall be deemed to obligate any Bank to obtain the funds for any Advance in any particular place or manner or to constitute a representation or warranty by any Bank that it has obtained or will obtain the funds for any Advance in any particular place or manner.
