Bank Limitations. Bank may not insert any advertising or promotional materials with the Billing Statements or any other materials that are mailed to or form the basis of a communication with Cardholders or Applicants, whether it is provided by Bank, its Affiliates, or any parties other than Retailer, without Retailer’s prior written consent.
