Bank May Own Certificates and Notes. The Bank in its individual or any other capacity may, subject to Section 3.05, become the owner or pledgee of Certificates or Notes and may deal with the Depositor, the Seller, the Certificate Paying Agent, the Certificate Registrar and the Indenture Trustee in transactions with the same rights as it would have if it were not Owner Trustee.
