Common use of Bank May Perform Clause in Contracts

Bank May Perform. If the Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein after receipt of a written request to do so from the Bank, the Bank may itself perform, or cause performance of such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Bank, including the reasonable fees and expenses of its counsel, incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor under Section 13 hereof.

Bank May Perform. If the either Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein herein, after receipt of notice of such nonperformance and a written request reasonable time to do so from the Bankcure, the Bank may itself perform, or cause performance of of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Bank, including the reasonable fees and expenses of its counsel, Bank incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor Pledgors under Section 13 hereof13.

If the Pledgor fails to perform any agreement contained herein after receipt of a written request to do so from herein, the Bank, upon notice to the Bank Pledgor, may itself perform, or cause performance of of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Bank, including the reasonable fees and expenses of its counsel, Bank incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor under Section 13 hereof15.
