Common use of Bank Not Relying on Agent or Other Banks Clause in Contracts

Bank Not Relying on Agent or Other Banks. Each Bank acknowledges as follows: (a) neither any Agent nor any other Bank has made any representations or warranties to it, and no act taken hereafter by any Agent or any other Bank shall be deemed to constitute any representation or warranty by such Agent or such other Bank to it; (b) it has, independently and without reliance upon any Agent or any other Bank, and based upon such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own credit and legal analysis and decision to enter into this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents; and (c) it will, independently and without reliance upon any Agent or any other Bank, and based upon such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, make its own decisions to take or not take action under or in connection with this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents.
