Bank Partner Program Agreements. Promptly after the occurrence thereof, the Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Administrative Agent copies of all Bank Partner Program Agreements entered into by a Bank Partner and any Credit Party, and all amendments, modifications, supplements and restatements to any Bank Partner Program Agreement to the extent any such amendment, modification, supplement or restatement is materially adverse to the Lenders.
