Common use of Bank Product Clause in Contracts

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) foreign exchange products or services; (c) products under Hedging Agreements; (cd) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (de) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower Obligor or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiaryother Obligor, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower Obligor or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases purchase cards (including so-called “procurement cards” or “P-cards”), and (e) other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower Obligor or SubsidiarySubsidiary unless otherwise agreed in writing between such Obligor or Subsidiary and the provider of such products or services, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging AgreementsObligations; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under the Continuing Hedging Agreement and other Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or any Subsidiary by a any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card card, stored value cards and merchant card services and e-payable services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or any Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary Affiliate of a Borrower by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiaryservices, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a any Lender or any of its AffiliatesAffiliates in reliance on such Lender’s agreement to indemnify such Affiliate: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender Bank of America or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or any Subsidiary by a any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card card, stored value cards, purchase cards and merchant card services and e-payable services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or any Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or its Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or its Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary Affiliate of a Borrower by a Lender, an Affiliate of a Lender or any Person who, at the time of its Affiliatesestablishing any of the following was a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card card, purchase cards and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiaryservices, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, products or services or facilities extended to any a Borrower or Subsidiary Affiliate of a Borrower by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiaryservices, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Obligor or non-Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiaryservices, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging AgreementsSwaps; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases Supply Chain Financings; and (e) other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters but expressly excluding any loan, operating lease or finance lease provided by a Lender or any of Creditits Affiliates.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to Holdings or any Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by Holdings or any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or SubsidiaryBorrower, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any the Borrower or a Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.;

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower Obligor or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, products or services or facilities extended to any a Borrower or Subsidiary of a Borrower by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging AgreementsSwaps; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) supply chain finance, credit insurance, leases and other banking treasury management products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiaryservices, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, products or services or facilities extended to any a Borrower or Subsidiary Affiliate of a Borrower by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiaryservices, other than Letters of Credit.. ​

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower Obligor or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower Obligor or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services services, or facilities extended to any Borrower Obligor or Subsidiary Affiliate of an Obligor by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiaryservices, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, products or services or facilities extended to any a Borrower or Subsidiary Affiliate of a Borrower by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases leases, supply chain finance and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiaryservices, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging AgreementsHedge Agreements (other than Hedge Agreements that constitute Notes Priority Lien Debt for purposes of the Intercreditor Agreement); (c) commercial credit card, purchase card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters loans and letters of Creditcredit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) any leases (including capital leases) and other banking products or services existing on the date hereof, or as may be extended to or requested by any Borrower or SubsidiarySubsidiary after the date hereof, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or any Subsidiary by a Lender Bank of America or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or any Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender or any of its AffiliatesAffiliates or branches: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a Lender Bank of America or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services (other than the Airplane Lease) as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary by a any Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging AgreementsAgreements excluding any Crack Spread Hedging Agreement; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit.

Bank Product. any of the following products, services or facilities extended to any Borrower or Subsidiary any Affiliate of a Borrower by a Lender or any of its Affiliates: (a) Cash Management Services; (b) products under Hedging Agreements; (c) commercial credit card and merchant card services; and (d) leases and other banking products or services as may be requested by any Borrower or Subsidiary, other than Letters of Credit, including the Existing Bank Products.
