Common use of Bank Subordination and Permitted Debits Clause in Contracts

Bank Subordination and Permitted Debits. Bank agrees that, during any Activation Effective Time, Bank shall not offset, charge, deduct, debit or otherwise withdraw funds from the Account, except as permitted by this Section 8, until Bank has been advised in writing by Agent that this Agreement has been terminated. Agent shall notify Bank promptly in writing upon payment in full of Company’s obligations by means of a Termination Notice (defined below). During any Activation Effective Time, Bank is permitted to debit the Account for:
