Common use of Bank Wire Fee Clause in Contracts

Bank Wire Fee. Merchant may request to receive payment of the Purchase Price by wire transfer. Purchaser shall have sole discretion in determining whether it will pay the Purchase Price by wire transfer. In the event Purchaser pays the Purchase Price by wire transfer, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay Purchaser a fee of $95, which covers the administrative, technological and banking costs for paying the Purchase Price by wire transfer. Purchaser will deduct the amount of the Bank Wire Fee from the Purchase Price that is to be paid to Merchant.
