BANKING CHARGES, ETC. The Borrower shall pay or cause to be paid all banking charges or fees, if any, incurred in connection with (i) the Disbursements hereunder and (ii) the payment, repayment or prepayment of principal, Interest, Commitment Fee, Exposure Fee, Management Fee or any other amount due to the Lender under the Agreement.
