Banking Resolutions. The Company hereby adopts, and the Officers of the Company shall execute, any standard form of resolution required by any banking institution relating to financial services provided by such banking institution to the Company; and the Secretary is authorized to certify the adoption of any such resolution and is directed to record any resolutions so certified in the Company’s minute book.
