Banking Service Obligations. To the extent any Affiliate of a Lender provides any Banking Services and thereby becomes a beneficiary of the Liens pursuant to any Security Document (if any), such Affiliate of a Lender shall be deemed to appoint the Administrative Agent its nominee and agent to act for and on behalf of such Affiliate in connection with such Security Documents and to be bound by the terms of this Article VIII, Section 9.01(h) and the last sentence of Section 2.16.
