Bankrupt Member. A Member shall not cease to be a Member or terminate the Member's Membership Interest in the Company as a result of such Member becoming a Bankrupt Member and, upon the occurrence of such event, the Company shall continue without dissolution. In the event of a Bankruptcy of the Member, the Member hereby agrees to waive any right to reject this Agreement under the federal bankruptcy laws.
