Bankruptcy Adjustments. If the action of any court results in a Deficient Valuation or Debt Service Reduction, the Servicer shall provide a calculation of the effects of such modification notifying the Master Servicer of the new principal balance, Mortgage Interest Rate, new final maturity, or monthly payment level, as the case may be, of such Mortgage Loan.
