BANKRUPTCY, COMPOSITION WITH CREDITORS, ETC. In the case of debt rescheduling proceedings, composition with creditors, bankruptcy, or any other form of creditor intervention, in respect of the business of the Contractor, the Customer shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement for breach with immediate effect, unless otherwise is stipulated by mandatory law.
