Common use of Bankruptcy Court Clause in Contracts

Bankruptcy Court. The Borrower will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the approval of the Bankruptcy Court of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents. The Borrower will deliver to the Agent, the Agent’s counsel and the Lenders all material pleadings, motions and other documents filed on behalf of all of the Loan Parties with the Bankruptcy Court.
