CMR: (i) makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors; (ii) files a voluntary proceeding seeking protection from creditors under any bankruptcy or other law; (iii) is the subject of an involuntary proceeding under any bankruptcy or other similar law and such proceeding is not dismissed within sixty (60) days; or (iv) makes any admission of its inability to pay its debts generally as they become due.
