Bankruptcy of General Partner. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Bankruptcy of the General Partner shall not cause the General Partner to cease to be a general partner of the Partnership and upon the occurrence of such an event, the Partnership shall continue without dissolution.
