Common use of Bankruptcy Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Bankruptcy Proceedings. The commencement of any proceedings by or against the Borrower Party under any applicable bankruptcy, reorganization, liquidation, insolvency or other similar law now or hereafter in effect or of any proceeding in which a receiver, liquidator, trustee or other similar official is sought to be appointed for it;

Bankruptcy Proceedings. The commencement of any proceedings by or against the Borrower Party any Borrower, any General Partner or any Key Principal under any applicable bankruptcy, reorganization, liquidation, insolvency or other similar law now or hereafter in effect or of any proceeding in which a receiver, liquidator, trustee or other similar official is sought to be appointed for itany such party;
