Common use of BANK’S DISCRETION Clause in Contracts

BANK’S DISCRETION. 9.1 The Bank is entitled at any time at its absolute discretion to refuse approval of any proposed Transaction notwithstanding that the current balance available in the Account allows for any such proposed Transactions. 9.2 The Bank is entitled at its absolute discretion to (a) suspend the Cardmember’s right to use the Card entirely or in respect of specified privileges; (b) refuse to re-issue, renew or replace the Card, without in any case affecting the obligations of the Cardmember under these Terms and Conditions which will continue in force and there will be no refund of any annual fee or other fees paid or any part thereof if the right to use the Card is so suspended by the Bank or if the Card is not so renewed or replaced; (c) introduce, amend, vary, restrict or withdraw all or any of the benefits, services, facilities and privileges in respect of or in connection with the use of the Card and/or as provided under these Terms and Conditions.
