Common use of Bank's Enforcement Obligation Clause in Contracts

Bank's Enforcement Obligation. Notwithstanding anything in this Bond Agreement to the contrary, the Bank, as assignee of the Issuer's interest under the Site Lease and Project Lease, in its name or in the name of the Issuer, shall enforce all rights of the Issuer and all obligations of the Tenant under and pursuant to the Site Lease and Project Lease, whether or not the Issuer is in default under this Bond Agreement.
