BANKS' LIABILITIES FOR COSTS. If the Principal Company fails to perform any of its obligations under this Clause 33, each Bank shall, in its Proportion, indemnify each of the Agents and the Arrangers against any loss incurred by either of them as a result of such failure and the Principal Company shall forthwith reimburse each Bank for any payment made by it pursuant to this Clause 33.5.
