Bank's LIBOR Lending Office. For any Advance to which the LIBOR-based Rate is applicable, if Bank shall designate a LIBOR Lending Office which maintains books separate from those of the rest of Bank, Bank shall have the option of maintaining and carrying the relevant Advance on the books of such LIBOR Lending Office.
