Schedule 3.24 contains a complete and correct list of the names and locations of all banks in which the Company or any Subsidiary has accounts or safe deposit boxes and the names of all persons authorized to draw thereon or to have access thereto. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.24, no person holds a power of attorney to act on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary.
