Section 4.25 of the Disclosure Schedule contains a complete and correct list of the names and locations of all banks in which a Target Company has accounts or safe deposit boxes and the names of all persons authorized to draw thereon or to have access thereto. Except as set forth in Section 4.25 of the Disclosure Schedule, no Person holds a power of attorney to act on behalf of a Target Company.
