Banks; Power of Attorney. Section 3.18 of the Company Disclosure Letter contains a complete and correct list of the names and locations of all banks in which any Company has accounts or safe deposit boxes and the names of all persons authorized to draw thereon or to have access thereto. Except as set forth on Section 3.18 of the Company Disclosure Letter, no person holds a power of attorney to act on behalf of any Company.
