Banks; Powers of Attorney. Schedule 3.1(u) sets forth (i) the names and locations of all banks, trust companies, savings and loan associations and other financial institutions at which the Subsidiaries maintain safe deposit boxes or accounts of any nature, the number assigned to each such account and the names of all persons authorized to draw thereon, make withdrawals therefrom or have access thereto and (ii) the names of all persons to whom the Subsidiaries have granted any power of attorney, together with a description thereof.
