Bank's Right to Refuse Certain Payment Requests. Bank may refuse to credit Customer’s Settlement Account for any Payments that reasonably appear to Bank to be fraudulent, unauthorized, erroneous, illegal or prohibited under this Agreement, or as otherwise permitted by law, and the Bank shall have no liability for its refusal to credit Customer’s Settlement Account for such Payments.
