BANKS' RIGHTS SEVERAL. The rights of each Bank are several and any debt arising hereunder at any time from an Obligor to any of the other parties hereto shall be a separate and independent debt. Each such party shall be entitled to protect and enforce its individual rights arising out of this Agreement independently of any other party (so that it shall not be necessary for any party hereto to be joined as an additional party in any proceedings for this purpose).
