Common use of Banquet and Meeting Room Revenues Clause in Contracts

Banquet and Meeting Room Revenues. Revenues from conferences, receptions, meetings, and other functions occurring in any conference, banquet or meeting rooms in the Property, including usage charges and related taxes, food and beverage sales, valet parking charges, equipment rentals, and telecommunications charges, shall be allocated between Seller and Buyer, based on when the function therein commenced, with (i) one-day functions commencing prior to the Cut-Off Time being allocable to Seller; (ii) one-day functions commencing after the Cut-Off Time being allocable to Buyer; and (iii) multi day functions that include periods both before and after the Cut-Off Time being prorated between Seller and Buyer according to the period of time before and from and after the Cut-Off Time.
