Common use of Bareboat Charter Agreements Clause in Contracts

Bareboat Charter Agreements. (a) Other than those that can be reasonably expected to be commercially available when and as required on commercially reasonable terms, the services to be performed, the materials to be supplied and the interests in each of the Lxxxx X.
