Common use of Bargaining Teams Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Teams. The Board and the Association shall be represented at negotiations meetings by a team of negotiators that is not to exceed six (6) members on each team, excluding that respective teams’ representation. Neither party shall have control over the selection of the bargaining representative for the other party.

Neither party shall have control over the selection of the bargaining representative representatives for the other party. The parties mutually pledge that their representatives will be clothed with all necessary power and authority to make and consider proposals in the course of bargaining.
