Bargaining Unit Member Notification. BISGITA members may receive notice of vacancies during the summer months in one or more of the following manners: 1. Teaching and individual/small group instructor vacancies will be posted regularly on the District website. 2. If the individual/small group instructor supplies six (6) self- addressed envelopes with her/his summer mailing address to the Superintendent by June 1, the individual/small group instructor will receive the full list of vacancies in teaching and individual/small group instructor positions on a regular basis over the course of the summer. 3. If the individual/small group instructor supplies her/his email address by June 1, she/he will receive notice of teaching vacancies on a regular basis via email.
