Barricades. Upon receipt of notification from the Airport that the premises are ready for Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall install a construction barricade along openings at the lease line. Tenant shall coordinate with base building contractor prior to installation of the barricade. Tenant is responsible for maintenance, demolition, and disposal at completion of Tenant work.
Barricades. Contractor shall provide barricades and protective barriers around excavations, so that the public is adequately warned of such hazards. Lanterns shall remain lighted from sundown to sunrise and at all other times when the labor forces are not on the job site.

Prior to commencing any construction requiring barricades, the Developer shall install a construction barricade of a type and appearance satisfactory to the City and constructed in compliance with all applicable federal, state or City laws, ordinances and regulations. City retains the right to approve the maintenance, appearance, color scheme, painting, nature, type, content and design of all barricades which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Barricades. The Contractor shall erect and maintain temporary barricades to limit public access to hazardous areas. Such barricades shall be required whenever safe public access to paved areas such as roads, parking areas or sidewalks is prevented by construction activities or as otherwise necessary to ensure the safety of both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Barricades shall be securely placed, clearly visible with adequate illumination to provide sufficient visual warning of the hazard during both day and night.

Tenant is responsible for mitigation dust control.
Barricades. You shall be responsible to erect/maintain all barricades at all of Xxxx’ elevator hoistway locations throughout the job site in strict conformance with good safety practices, the Code of Federal Regulations as governed by the Occupational Safety Health Act, and any other applicable regulations.
Barricades. Upon receipt of notification from the Airport that the premises are ready for Tenant Work, Tenant must install a construction barricade at a max of 3’ off the lease line along the opening of the space. The barricade must be either painted sheet rock or white prefab material included base material. A single or a double door will swing inward and must be painted white as the barricade and any dust protection and tape must be white. Tenant is responsible for maintenance, demolition, and disposal at completion of Tenant Work. Tenant is responsible for mitigation dust control.

Barricades. 27.1 TANK CONTRACTOR is responsible for properly erecting and maintaining barricades and barriers in such a manner that they provide adequate protection and do not impede the work of other contractors on the Site unless PURCHASER approves such placement.
27.2 Barricades and barriers erected by TANK CONTRACTOR shall have appropriate signs and tags indicating the nature of the hazard and the responsible supervisor. Barricades left after dark on or in close proximity to roadways shall be properly equipped with flashing amber lights.
27.3 TANK CONTRACTOR shall provide and use appropriate barrier devices to identify the nature of the job hazard involved (i.e., yellow and black for “CAUTION” or red and black for “DANGER”). Barrier devices, including barrier tape, shall not be used as a substitute for a barricade as they do not offer adequate protection from falls. Barrier devices shall be used only in those applications where temporary identification of a hazard is needed; but not as a primary means of protecting employees from exposure.
27.4 TANK CONTRACTOR shall ensure that employees understand and comply with barricade and barrier procedures (i.e. prohibited entry into red barrier taped areas).
27.5 Excavations shall be protected with hard barricades, placed 3 feet from the excavation. In situations where fall protection is required these barricades shall meet federal guidelines for handrails.
