Common use of Barricades Clause in Contracts

Barricades. Prior to commencing any construction requiring barricades, the Developer shall install a construction barricade of a type and appearance satisfactory to the City and constructed in compliance with all applicable federal, state or City laws, ordinances and regulations. City retains the right to approve the maintenance, appearance, color scheme, painting, nature, type, content and design of all barricades which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
