Base Building Work; Performance and Payment. Landlord has constructed Building 1 and Building 2 pursuant to its obligations under the Original Lease and Landlord and Tenant agree, subject to Section 5.1(c) below, that Landlord’s obligations in connection with such construction have been fully and satisfactorily performed.
