Base Hire. Base Hire shall be payable to Owner semi-annually in --------- arrears on the Base Hire Payment Dates in the amounts and commencing on the date set forth in Schedule 2. Under no circumstances shall the Bareboat Hire for any Rate Period be lower than the Base Hire for such Rate Period.
