Base Prices. With respect to the Aircraft, Clause 3.1 and Clause 4.1 of the AGTA shall apply.
Base Prices. 1.1 For Product shipped under this amendment, AT&T PDN will pay Base Prices per attachment "B", which will average an additional [***] off the current Price List as of January 1, 1995. Such Base Pricing in Attachment B will be decreased an additional [***] and an additional [***] in 1997.
1.2 The new Base Prices and discounts will become effective on the date the contract amendment is signed and will be applied to all unshipped orders as well as future orders. Discount levels will reflect date of order receipt. In such cases where special pricing has been agreed upon between Premisys and AT&T PDN in response to special bids, present or future, the discount structure will reflect the lower of the special pricing or the discounts under the terms of this amendment.
1.3 Pricing and discounts under this amendment are warranted by Premisys to be comparable to or more favorable to AT&T PDN than equivalent prices, warranties and terms offered by Premysis to any other customer for the term of this amendment.
Base Prices. The Base Prices of the Airframes of the applicable Aircraft are as quoted in Clause 3.1 of the Agreement and are subject to adjustment for changes in economic conditions as measured by data obtained from the US Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics and in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Base Prices. (a) The Base Price for the Initial Commitment shall be $1.55 per Mcf.
(b) The Base Price for all Gas delivered after the Initial Commitment is exhausted shall be $1.35 per Mcf.
10.1 The Price Index
(a) The Price Index will be used to calculate the Annual Base Prices of the Initial, Annual Additional and Final Additional Commitments.
(b) The Price Index is a fraction. The numerator is the daily average price per barrel of Light Sweet Crude Oil Futures (“LSCOF”) for the quarter ending on September 30 of the Year prior to the Year for which the Annual Base Price is being calculated. The denominator is $18.00 per barrel.
(c) The average price of LSCOF shall be determined from prices for “CRUDE OIL, Light Sweet” futures contracts traded on the New York Mercantile Exchange or its successor. The daily average price of LSCOF shall be the sum of the “Settle” prices reported in the Wall Street Journal or its successor for (i) July contracts for each day that July contracts are reported as the contracts for the Current Trading Month, plus (ii) August contracts for each day that August contracts are reported as the contracts for the Current Trading Month, plus (iii) September contracts for each day that September contracts are reported as the contracts for the Current Trading Month, divided by the total number of days that such “Settle” prices are reported. “Current Trading Month” means the final month in which a contract can be traded.

Base Prices. Base Prices" for Non-Hybrid Products shall mean the prices charged to the Company by WGL for Non-Hybrid Products, exclusive of tooling, shipping, and delivery charges. The Base Prices for certain Non-Hybrid Products are set forth on Attachment A which may be amended from time to time in a written instrument signed by authorized representatives of both parties to add additional Non-Hybrid Products to Attachment A. - Except for the price adjustments provided for in Section 3.4 below, pricing for the Non-Hybrid Products on Attachment A will remain fixed for the term of this Agreement. Base Prices for Non-Hybrid products not initially included in Attachment A which the Company is currently purchasing shall be fixed for the term of this Agreement at the average historical price that the Company has paid for each such Non-Hybrid Product during 1997. Subject to Section 3.4, Base Prices for newly designed Non-Hybrid products will be fixed for the term of this Agreement at the lower of (a) WGL's pricing, or (b) the average of the pricing available to the Company from two other qualified vendors.

Base Prices. (a) The Base Prices for Titanium Conversion Services that are effective upon commencement of this Agreement are set forth in Exhibit A (such prices are expressed on a per pound basis by input weight, product and size).
