Base Rate Loans in Absence of LIBOR Election Availability. If Borrower is not entitled to exercise the LIBOR Option for such Interest Period, then interest on all of the Advances (including Advances that were treated as LIBOR Rate Loans during the immediately preceding Interest Period) shall be determined for such Interest Period by reference to the Base Rate.
