Common use of Base Rate Option Clause in Contracts

Base Rate Option. Unless Borrower requests and receives a LIBO Rate Loan pursuant to Subsection 3.1.2 hereof or a Quoted Rate Loan pursuant to Subsection 3.2.3 hereof, the outstanding principal balance owing hereunder for Loans shall bear interest at the Base Rate (each a “Base Rate Loan”).

Base Rate Option. Unless Borrower requests and receives a LIBO Rate Loan pursuant to Subsection 3.1.2 hereof or a Quoted Rate Loan pursuant to Subsection 3.2.3 4.1.2 hereof, the outstanding principal balance owing hereunder for Loans under the 3-Year Notes shall bear interest at the Base Rate plus the Base Rate Margin (each a “"Base Rate Loan”").
