Common use of Base Salary and MIP Award Clause in Contracts

Base Salary and MIP Award. payment of an amount equal to two (2) times the sum of Executive’s Base Salary (at the rate then in effect) plus MIP Target, which shall be payable in twenty-four (24) equal monthly payments commencing with the first payroll period following the date the Release becomes legally effective; and
