Common use of Base Salary Compensation Clause in Contracts

Base Salary Compensation. You will receive, as a guaranteed base salary for your employment, annual compensation of Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000) for the Term. If your employment is extended for the Renewal Term, your annual base compensation for the Renewal Term will be determined at that time by the Board or the Compensation Committee, but in no event shall it be less than $70,000.
