Base Salary, Etc. Upon the termination of the Executive’s employment pursuant to Section 4 hereof, the Company shall pay the Executive (i) the Base Salary payable to him under Section 3 through the last day of his actual employment by the Company, (ii) any bonus for the immediately preceding fiscal year that is due and owed to the Executive that remains unpaid, and (iii) the value of any accrued but unused vacation accrued to the date of termination of employment.
