Base Salary Structure. The base salary structure (excluding superannuation) will comprise of three bands shown below: Band MCED Job Points Minimum $ Midpoint $ Maximum $ PT1 460-625 80,637 94,952 109,266 PT2 345-459 69,711 79,764 90,494 MP 345-625 69,711 94,952 109,266 PT (1 and 2) means Professional and Technical staff. MP means Maritime Professional. Shift allowances (clause 30.3 of Part 1) and working conditions component shall continue to apply to Maritime Professionals required to work shifts. There will be no loss of salary when an employee is promoted. Movement along the band throughout the duration of this agreement can be through economic adjustment to salary and/or through salary adjustment as a result of job evaluation, promotion or market rate adjustment. Future adjustments to the minimum, midpoint and maximum dollars of the bands will be based on a 4% adjustment from the first full pay period (FFPP) on or after 1 July 2005 and 1 July 2006.

  • Salary Steps 1. Employees hired into trainee-level positions (Targeted Local Hire) shall be hired at Step 1 and shall remain on Step 1 for the duration of a twelve (12) month probationary period. 2. Employees hired into non-trainee positions shall be hired at Step 2 (or appropriate higher step in accordance with applicable MOU provisions or LAAC Section 4.90). 3. Employees shall remain on Steps 2 and 3 for nine (9) months each. 4. Steps 4 through 8 are separated by two (2) premium levels (Step 4 is one [1] premium level above Step 3). Employees shall advance to each subsequent step after twelve (12) months. 5. Steps 9 through 12 are separated by one (1) premium level (Step 9 is one [1] premium level above Step 8). Employees shall advance to each subsequent step after twelve (12) months.

  • SALARY STEP PLAN AND SALARY ADJUSTMENTS Appointments to positions in the City and County service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • Base Salary The Company shall pay to Executive a base salary (“Base Salary”) of $250,000 per year, payable in accordance with the payroll policies from time to time in effect at the Company. Executive’s Base Salary may be subject to increase (but shall not be subject to decrease) on an annual basis as the Board of Directors of the Company or any committee thereof (the “Board of Directors”) shall determine.

  • Salary Scales ‌ 2.5.1 Effective from 1 January 2024, and subject to the Remuneration provisions in the Terms of Settlement, a 4% increase will apply to all paid and printed rates.   • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties. Such adjustments, if any, shall be made pursuant to a lawful Board resolution. In such event, the parties agree to provide their best efforts and reasonable cooperation to execute a new contract incorporating the adjusted salary.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V. (b) Salary schedules will contain Career Enhancement/Growth steps as described in Section 45.6.

  • Base Salary and Bonus As compensation for the Executive's services under this Agreement, the Executive shall receive and the Company shall pay a weekly base salary set forth on Exhibit A. Such base salary may be increased but not decreased during the Term or Renewal Period in the Company's discretion based upon the Executive's performance and any other factors the Company deems relevant. Such base salary shall be payable in accordance with the policy then prevailing for the Company's executives. In addition to such base salary, the Executive shall be entitled during the Term or Renewal Period to a performance bonus set forth on Exhibit A and to participate in and receive payments from, at the Company's election, other bonus and other incentive compensation plans, if any, as may be adopted by the Company.
