Base Services Fee Sample Clauses

The Base Services Fee clause defines the standard amount that a client must pay for the primary services provided under an agreement. This fee typically covers the essential or agreed-upon scope of work, excluding any additional or optional services that may incur extra charges. By clearly stating the baseline cost, the clause ensures both parties understand the minimum financial commitment involved, thereby preventing disputes over payment expectations and establishing a foundation for billing and service delivery.
Base Services Fee. The Base Services Fee for 2011 shall be $2.04 per Weeks Reported for Pay. The Base Services Fee shall be adjusted for 2012 and 2013 in accordance with Section 3.1 with respect to allocated costs.
