Based. For the purposes of this Agreement, an ambulance or secure transportation service provider shall be deemed to be based in the Participating County where its headquarters or main offices are located. A list of the current ambulance and/or secure transportation service providers, and the Participating Counties in which they are based, will be maintained by the Program Coordinator and provided to Participating Counties upon request.

Based. The Union will be notified in writing of projects funded by the Victoria Police Board to be carried out by community organizations, educational institutes or governments, which enhance the environment, quality of life or municipal property. In the event the Union considers the project would result in layoffs of bargaining unit employees the matter may be referred to the grievance procedure pursuant to this Collective Agreement.
