Based Vesting Schedule. This Option is exercisable only to the extent Service Provider is vested in the Shares underlying this Option. So long as the Participant’s status as a Service Provider does not terminate, the total number of Shares underlying this Option shall vest in accordance with the following schedule: 50% of the Shares shall vest on the Date of Grant and the other 50% shall vest on the one year anniversary of the Date of Grant.
