Baseline Approvals. Due to the unique nature of the Project, the following list serves as a recital of applicable historical agreements, approvals and standards that are applicable to the development of the Project. No other historical documents regarding the Lake Linganore PUD shall apply to the Project. To the extent there is any conflict between the provisions of this DRRA and any historical document, whether listed below or not, the terms and provisions of this DRRA shall supersede the inconsistent provisions of the historical document.
